A. Simply select the product you wish to have priced in our directory and complete the simple enquiry form.
Q. What is the confirmation text on the enquiry form for?
A. This ensures that real enquiries are sent to our suppliers and not spam email sent via robots.
Q. Why dont you show any prices?
A. We are not a retailer or a price comparison site, but we are an intermediary who can introduce you to new suppliers who may be able to beat a price on a product you are looking to purchase.
Q. Do you charge for this service?
A. No. We do not charge you to send enquiries.
Q. How do I buy after receiving a quote?
A. This depends on the retailer. You may need to buy online or over the telephone. We have no involvement with the transaction.
Q. What happens if I have a problem with one of your suppliers after a transaction?
A. In the rare occurrence please try to resolve any issues you have with the retailer in question. If this fails please provide us with details to follow up.
Q. How long will it take to receive my quotes?
A. Quotes will arrive as and when our suppliers are able to reply. You may receive replies within just minutes.
Q. I never received a reply?
A. On the rare occassion that we do not have a supplier for a product type, you may not receive a response. For all Hotmail, Yahoo or MSN users please also check your 'junk folder' as emails will arrive there unless you add us to you contacts list.
Q. I cant find the product I am looking for?
A. If you cant find the product you are looking for please contact us and we may be able to list it and provide suppliers with your enquiry.
Q. How many enquiries will I receive?
A. This depends on how many suppliers we have for a product, and also if they are able to beat your best price or supply you with the product you require at this time.
